Join a Trusted Regional Fuel & Lubricants Supplier
TASCO Petroleum is seeking a motivated and customer-focused DepotOperations Officer to support the productive day-to-day operation of ourdepot.
This is a diverse role combining administration, customer service,logistics coordination, stock control, and operational support.
Working closely with the Depot Manager, you will play a keyrole in ensuring customers receive outstanding service while supporting safeand efficient depot operations.
About the Role
As the Depot Operations Officer, you will be responsiblefor:
Processingcustomer orders and enquiries accurately and efficiently
Coordinatingfuel deliveries and scheduling logistics activities
Preparinginvoices, reconciliations, banking, and operational reports
Maintainingcustomerrecords and depot operational systems
Assistingwith stocktakes and inventory management
Managingdepot administration and quality assurance documentation
Buildingstrong relationships with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internalteams
Supportinga safe and compliant workplace in accordance with company policies andindustry requirements

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Minimumtwo years' experience in an administration, customer service,



logistics,or operational support role
Strongcomputer and data entry skills
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications
Excellentorganisationaland time management skills
Strongwritten and verbal communication skills
Highlevel of accuracy and attention to detail
Abilityto work independently and as part of a team
CurrentAustralian Driver Licence
Experiencewithin fuel, transport, logistics, warehousing, or depot operations
Deliveryscheduling and logistics coordination experience
Knowledgeof fuel products, lubricants, or inventory management systems
Understandingof Dangerous Goods requirements
Current HR Licence
