WE'RE HIRING – GRADER LABOURER

About the Role
We are currently looking for a keen and reliable Grader Labourer to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is hardworking, motivated and looking to develop their skills and build a long-term career within the civil construction industry.
REQUIREMENTS
Assisting and following the Grader Operator;
Sweeping and general clean-up;
Cleaning kerbs and edges;
Assisting with stringline work;
Measuring and checking levels;
General labouring duties as required;
Current WHS Construction Induction Card (White Card);
Maintaining a clean and safe work setting;
Reliable and team-oriented;
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical; and




Assisting the Grader Operator and broader civil crew to ensure projects run efficiently.

Is keen, reliable and hardworking
Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Is willing to learn and take direction
Has an interest in developing a career in the civil construction industry
Can work well as part of a team
Takes pride in their work and wants to grow with the company
Previous civil construction or grader labourer experience is an advantage, but not essential for the right candidate
