Job Description
Afloat Season 11 Melbourne is seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our back of house management team.
This is a hands-on role overseeing all kitchen sections and a 15+ chef team, with a focus on quality, cost control and menu development.
You will lead during high-volume service, mentor junior staff, manage rostering, and collaborate with Head Chefs.
The role offers a contemporary kitchen, work-life balance with two consecutive days off, and a seasonal contract with potential for permanent
