Operations Manager (Events & Inflatables)
Location: Dandenong South, Melbourne, VIC
Schedule: 4-Day Work Week (Thu – Sun | Flexible, event-driven hours)
Contract: 6-Month Contract (View to Permanent) | Active ABN (Weekly Invoicing)
The Role
Aussie Sports Activations is looking for a versatile, hands-on Operations Manager to run day-to-day hires, lead event site setups, and manage on-site teams.
We need a flexible problem-solver who wears many hats and thrives in a fast-paced workplace where no two event days are the same.
What You'll Do
Manage logistics, inflatable rentals, and equipment maintenance.
Lead on-site event setup, operations, and casual staff management.
Adapt to variable event schedules (early starts, late finishes, weekend activations).




Support expansion into long-term attraction pop-ups, interstate travel (1 week to 3 months), and potential overseas projects.
What You Need
Experience in event operations, logistics, or staff management.
High adaptability and a true "get it done" attitude.
Active First Aid, WWCC, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
