About the Role
We're looking for motivated Undergraduate Engineers (Civil & Electrical) to join our team on the Healesville Sewage Treatment Plant Upgrade project in Victoria.
This is an excellent opportunity for engineering students who have 1-2 years remaining in their degree or are expected to graduate in ****, and are looking to gain practical, hands-on experience while continuing their studies.
Working alongside experienced project professionals, you'll be exposed to the delivery of critical water infrastructure and develop the technical, commercial, and leadership skills needed for a successful engineering career.
About the Project
The Healesville Sewer Treatment Plant Upgrade is a significant infrastructure project that will enhance essential water services for the community while supporting sustainable growth across the region.
What You'll Be Doing
Reporting to experienced Project and Site Engineers, you'll have the opportunity to:
Assist with project planning, coordination and delivery activities
Support site-based construction and engineering teams




Prepare and review quality documentation, inspections and reports
Monitor project progress, costs, productivity and subcontractor performance
Contribute to safety, environmental and quality compliance initiatives
Coordinate procurement, materials and project documentation
Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities
About You
Currently studying a Bachelor of Civil Engineering or Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
Ideally in your penultimate or second-last year of study, with approximately 1-2 years remaining
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing project team
Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities
Valid driver's licence (preferred)
