We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Tuggerah, New South Wales.
This part time, permanent role is essential in providing high-quality therapeutic services to individuals in need, helping them to improve their daily living skills and overall quality of life.
As a key member of our social care team, you will play a vital role in supporting clients to achieve their personal goals and enhance their independence.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and abilities.
Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to support client need.
Provide guidance and support to clients and their families regarding therapy processes.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.




Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
Current registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in social care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Empathy and a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
Ability to work with both paediatric and adult participants imperative.
