Job Description
South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) invites applications for a Child & Family Health Nurse at the Rockdale Children and Families Hub.
The role focuses on providing comprehensive care for children aged 0 to 7 years within a place-based, multiagency network.
The nurse will promote health in the community, work with families to access services, and deliver tailored nursing interventions in partnership with families, under SESLHD policies and ANMC/NSW Health standards.
