Job Description
The Department of Education Victoria in Melbourne seeks a Triage Manager (Complaints, Intake & Assessment) to establish the current Triage Unit and implement a risk-based triage model, ensuring early escalation of risks and respectful engagement with complainants.
You will lead change management, recruit a small team, develop new processes and KPIs, and begin triaging notifications under relevant laws to support VECRA's investigations and compliance functions.
