Job Description
Transdev John Holland Buses is seeking a Workshop Leading Hand to provide hands-on leadership to a diverse maintenance team across multiple trades, ensuring safety, quality and fleet reliability.
You will oversee up to 30 staff and contractors and support MBSC compliance at three depots.
You will lead daily workshop activities, supervise a wide trades team, perform repairs, conduct inspections and maintain records to optimise uptime and performance.
