Retail Superstars Wanted | New Store Opening | Werribee
As part of the new store team, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and inspiring shopping experience for every customer.
Working alongside a supportive Store Manager and team, you will deliver exceptional customer service, provide product recommendations, achieve sales targets, maintain visual merchandising standards, process sales and support day-to-day store operations, and help create a positive, energetic and team-focused culture.
Key responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and build genuine customer relationships
Provide product recommendations and help customers find the perfect solution for their home
Achieve sales targets and contribute to store success
Maintain visual merchandising standards and create beautiful product displays
Process sales and support day-to-day store operations

Passionate about retail and enjoy engaging with customers in a fast-paced retail environment
Customer focused with pride in delivering outstanding service and creating memorable shopping experiences




Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and working collaboratively within a team
Results driven with a natural ability to identify sales opportunities and contribute towards store goals
Positive and adaptable, thriving in a busy environment and embracing change with enthusiasm
Detail oriented with a great eye for presentation and understanding of maintaining high store standards
