About the Role
As an Agency Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care and support to residents while working alongside experienced aged care teams.
Your responsibilities may include:
Providing safe and high-quality nursing care to residents
Medication administration and clinical assessments
Care planning and documentation
Monitoring residents' health and wellbeing
Working collaboratively with Care Managers, Clinical Care Coordinators and care staff
Responding appropriately to changes in residents' clinical conditions
Maintaining accurate clinical records
Ensuring compliance with aged care standards and policies
Requirements
