Peninsula Private Hospital in Melbourne is seeking an Assistant Nurse Unit Manager to lead our PerioperativeGynaecology/Urologyteam.
You will support the Nurse Unit Manager in day-to-day ward operations, mentor junior staff, and help uphold Ramsay's patient‐centered care standards.
The role requires solid clinical leadership, excellent communication with surgeons and patients, and the flexibility to work 7-day rotating shifts.
AHPRA registration is required.
