Job Description
Premier Fresh Australia is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for the ILPRIMO IQF facility.
You will lead day-to-day production, safety, quality and continuous improvement on site, partnering with farming, supply chain and commercial teams.
You are a hands-on, visible leader with a proven track record in food processing or FMCG, solid people leadership, WHS and food safety commitments, and a bias for practical, measurable improvements.
