Job Description
The Royal Oak Hotel in Fitzroy North is seeking an experienced Section Waiter / Bartender for a permanent part-time role.
You will manage your own section, work across bar and dining room, and deliver warm, attentive service while confidently pouring drinks and recommending wine.
Eligible candidates will have a minimum of three years in busy hospitality venues, solid knowledge of beer and wine, and current Victorian RSA.
Evening and weekend availability is essential.
