We are looking for a permanent Bar Supervisor to become part of our outstanding team.
The successful person will have proven and practical hospitality skills, be capable to demonstrate strong leadership and people management capabilities as well as hospitality experience.
Reporting to the Hotel and Assistant Manager, the role requires a reliable, self motivated person that maintains a positive and enthusiastic approach in everything they do.
You will be able to interact with our guests and other staff members.
We would prefer the applicant to have:
Current experience in the hospitality industry
Supervisor experience in a fast paced, busy environment
Have excellent interpersonal and good communication skills
Be honest and reliable with a positive and enthusiastic approach to customer service
Be able to multitask with and ability to manage competing demands and work well under pressure, time management is essential
Have a current RSA & RSG
Be able to give direction
Be able to work on a flexible roster which includes weekends/ nights over 7 days including public holidays
