SALES ASSISTANT / SALES ADMIN | BAYSIDE | $70K-$75K + SUPER + COMMISSIONS
An exciting opportunity has become available for aSales Assistant / Sales Administratorto support a high-performing Sales Agent within an established real estate team.
This role is primarily focused onclient liaison and administration, with some involvement across sales activities, open homes and auctions.
THE PAY
$70,000-$75,000 + super
Commissions
Opportunity to support a high-performing Sales Agent with approximately $1.5M in annual sales
THE DAYS & HOURS
Monday to Thursday
Saturdays
5 days per week
Saturdays required for open homes and auctions
THE ROLE
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Agent
Manage client and buyer communication
Assist with sales administration and campaign coordination
Coordinate open homes and auction requirements
Assist with buyer enquiries and follow-up
Maintain databases and property records




Prepare and coordinate sales documentation
Liaise with vendors, buyers and other stakeholders
Assist with general sales tasks as required
Get involved in some hands-on sales activity while primarily focusing on administration and client liaison
THE APPLICANT
Previous real estate sales administration or Sales Assistant experience preferred
Strong administration and organisational skills
Excellent communication and client service skills
Professional and confident when dealing with clients
Robust attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working Saturdays for opens and auctions
Positive, proactive and team-focused approach
Genuine interest in building a career within residential real estate
