Job Description
NSW Government in Wagga Wagga is seeking enthusiastic Call Centre Officers for an initial 3-month contract with hybrid working arrangements.
You will respond to phone and live-chat enquiries, process applications, maintain records, and provide solid administrative support using Microsoft Office and ticketing systems.
This role requires at least 12 months admin or call-centre experience, strong written and verbal communication, and attention to detail.
Government sector experience is desirable.
