Job Description
The Inchcolm Hotel in Brisbane is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to lead proactive sales across corporate, MICE and leisure markets.
This outward-facing role focuses on building relationships, opening doors and converting opportunities, in collaboration with the General Manager and commercial team.
You will own a robust pipeline, track market movements, and ensure seamless handover from conversion to delivery with the Conference & Events Coordinator.
