Mount Cotton Sourdough Bakers is a fast-paced setting specialising intraditionalSourdoughBreads, Gourmet Pies and French inspired Cakes & Pastries.
We are currently seeking a Store Manager on a 12 month maternity leave contract, with the potential for ongoing employment.
We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent customer service skills, a passion for all things coffee and a willingness to support and connect with our local community.
This role will require one weekend day.

Lead the daily operation of the bakery, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a very high standard.
Supervise and motivate the retail team, fostering a positive workplace culture.




Proven experience in leading and motivating teams.
Ability to provide a genuine customer experience.
Strong organisation and communication skills.
Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
Oversee merchandising, stock rotation, and maintaining an attractive shopfront.
Uphold food safety, hygiene, and occupational health and safety standards at all times for the retail team.
Participate in hands-on baking and preparation as required, maintaining the quality and consistency of our products.
Oversee financial management including cash handling, banking, and sales reporting.
Operation of POS software.
Operation of Cybake software.
A positive attitude and take pride in your personal style and presentation.
