About the role
Are you energised by rapid-paced environments and high-volume recruitment?
We're looking for a Recruitment Specialist who thrives under pressure and can manage a large number of candidates each week.
Your core responsibility will be interviewing, but you'll also play a key role in sourcing and thinking creatively to attract talent in a competitive market.
Key responsibilities
Conduct high volume of phone and video interviews daily for contact centre roles
Manage a fast-paced recruitment pipeline across multiple roles and locations
Use structured interview guides and assessment rubrics to ensure fair and consistent hiring decisions
Provide timely and professional feedback to candidates
Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure interview slots are filled and targets are met
Keep accurate records and progress tracking in our ATS
Deliver a great candidate experience from application to offer
About you
Previous experience in recruitment, ideally high-volume interviewing role
Confidence in speaking with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds




Strong time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A people-first mindset and natural communication skills
Familiarity with ATS systems
Friendly and supportive recruitment team
Training provided and ongoing professional development
