The Role Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll be responsible for the overall delivery ofclinical care, quality and governanceacross the service.
You'll take the lead across:
Clinical governance, quality and compliance
Leadership and development of the clinical and care teams
Clinical risk, incidents and continuous improvement
Care planning, documentation and resident outcomes
Accreditation and regulatory requirements
Staff performance, capability and development
Supporting the ongoing performance of the service
Resident, family and stakeholder relationships
About You:
We're keen to speak with experienced Clinical Managers, Care Managers or senior clinical leaders who have:
Recent clinical leadership experience within residential aged care
Strong people management experience, with the ability to lead and develop nursing and care teams
Strong knowledge of quality, compliance and clinical governance
Experience across clinical risk, incidents and continuous improvement
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
