Job Description
Orange Local Aboriginal Land Council in Bathurst is seeking a Community and Family Support Worker for the Safe and Strong Program.
You will work with children, young people and families to provide early support, strengthen family capacity and connect families with needed services.
You will build culturally secure relationships, undertake strengths-based assessments, provide practical support and coordinate referrals to education, health and other services, contributing to improved outcomes.
