What you'll do
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and high-volume recruitment administration.
Support hiring managers with merit-based selection and comparative assessments.
Manage candidate communications, pre-employment checks and recruitment records.
Handle sensitive enquiries and escalations with professionalism and discretion.
Maintain accurate information in recruitment and HR systems, and assist with reporting.
Apply NSW Health recruitment policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
What you'll bring




At least 12 months' experience in recruitment or high-volume recruitment administration.
The ability to manage several recruitment processes and meet tight deadlines.
An understanding of merit-based recruitment, probity and confidentiality.
Solid communication skills and the ability to work impartially with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Sound judgement when handling sensitive matters in a busy environment.
Confidence using recruitment systems such as StaffLink or Taleo, or the ability to learn them quickly.
