Job Description
This is an opportunity for an experienced production drafter to join a small drafting team within a growing cabinetry business in North Brisbane.
With work across a diverse range of high-quality projects from commercial such as within aged care and the education sector, to premium & custom residential packages.
About the Role
Working closely with our estimating, project management and manufacturing teams, you'll be responsible for taking approved designs through the complete production drafting process, delivering accurate documentation and machine-ready programming for manufacture.
Key Responsibilities
Produce detailed production drawings usingMicrovellum
Interpreting architectural plans and translating them into production-ready designs
Generate CNC-ready files and manufacturing documentation
Prepare cutting lists, hardware schedules and production information
Update and revise drawings to reflect client changes, site conditions, and project requirements
Maintain drawing accuracy,



consistency and production standards
About You
Hands on experience within cabinet making OR atleast a robust knowledge of cabinetry hardware, materials and the manufacturing process
Experience usingMicrovellumin a joinery drafting environment
Experience completing the fullscreen-to-machineworkflow
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Acabinetmaking or shopfitting trade backgroundwill be highly regarded, although applicants with extensive microvellum knowledge are encouraged to apply.
