The Role
We are seekingexperienced Dental Assistantsto join our growing team.
This role is best suited to applicants who are confident working in a busy clinical environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Chairside assistance to dentists, OHTs, and hygienists
Instrument sterilisation and adherence to infection control protocols
Managing lab work pick-ups and drop-offs
Assisting with impressions and fabrication of bleaching trays/splints (training provided if required)
Preparing and stocking surgeries at the start of each day




End-of-day waste management
Cleaning and maintaining surgeries as per roster
Occasional phone handling and basic software use (EXACT or Oasis preferred, not essential)
About You
This role isnot suitable for entry-level or trainee applicants.
You will ideally have:
Minimum 2 years' recent experience as a Dental Assistant in Australia
Certificate III in Dental Assisting (preferred) or willingness to complete
Solid understanding of infection control standards
A reliable work ethic, positive attitude, and clear communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working With Children Check, First Aid & CPR
COVID vaccination completed or willingness to complete prior to commencement
