Job Description
Kanda is seeking Disability Support Workers to assist a woman in Moss Vale, Bowral and the Southern Highlands.
The role centers on capacity-building, encouraging the person to do as much as possible, with prompting and guidance where needed.
The position may include a short-term trial in a community living setting and training prior to commencement.
Shifts are community-based, focusing on development of skills and independence, with collaboration with an OT and broader support team.
