Queensland Government's Office of the Public Guardian is seeking a Senior Legal Officer (Guardianship) to advocate and provide decision making services for adults with impaired capacity.
You will advise the Public Guardian and delegates on guardianship matters to secure best outcomes.
The role requires a law degree and admission as a legal practitioner in Queensland, with at least four years post-admission experience; and you must pass a criminal history check.
