About the Roles
Working within a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will help lead service, maintain exceptional beverage standards, and contribute to a positive and professional team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day management of bar operations
Lead service in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace
Deliver exceptional cocktails and memorable guest experiences
Train, mentor, and motivate the bar team
Maintain high standards of beverage quality, consistency, and presentation




Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management
Ensure compliance with venue procedures, licensing requirements, and service standards
Lead by example and contribute to a positive, professional team culture
About You
Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role
Comprehensive understanding of wine, spirits and cocktail composition
Experience in stock control, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to train and lead a team
Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
Available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
