About the company
We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Coordinator to join a busy Talent team on a 6-month contract.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the coordination and administration side of recruitment and is confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The company are based in Melbourne's CBD.
They offer hybrid work options, 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office.
For the first month whilst onboarding you will be required in the office full-time.
This role is to start ASAP.
Key Responsibilities
Working closely with the Talent team, you will provide hands-on coordination and administrative support across the recruitment lifecycle.
You will play an important role in keeping recruitment processes moving efficiently and ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Coordinate recruitment activities across multiple vacancies and stakeholders
Support the onboarding process for new starters




Schedule and coordinate interviews
Complete recruitment administration and maintain accurate candidate records
Conduct and coordinate reference checksPrepare documentation and support the Talent team with recruitment processes
Provide general coordination and administrative support during a busy period
About You:
Has experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or HR coordination
Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
Has strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Is confident coordinating interviews and working with multiple stakeholders
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Can hit the ground running and provide reliable support to a busy Talent function
