Job Description
Cumberland City Council is seeking a Casual Customer Service Officer for its Aquatic Centres.
The role is based at the council's swim facilities and may involve travel across worksites.
You will be the first point of contact for enquiries and bookings, delivering excellent customer service in a busy environment.
Applicants must hold a WWCC and HLTAID011 First Aid, and demonstrate teamwork, robust communication, and time management.
