Innovation Bay in Australia is seeking an operator to own the growth engine for our founder community.
You will build and run the machine that fills calendars with well-prepared founders and ensures a premium onboarding experience for recent members.
You will orchestrate external growth partners against a single monthly scorecard, qualify inbound and outbound founders, manage Attio CRM, wire AI into enrichment and lead scoring, and own the first 90 days from yes to activated member.
