About Mind Potential Psychology
Mind Potential Psychology (MPP) is a well-established and growing private psychology practice on the Sunshine Coast, with beautiful clinics inBirtinya and Sippy Downs.
We've built MPP around a simple idea: psychologists do their best work when they feel supported, enjoy where they work, and have the opportunity to work with clients who are a good fit for their skills and interests.

About the Role
We're looking for aRegistered Psychologist or Clinical Psychologistto join our growing team.
There is plenty of flexibility to shape the role around the right person, including:
2–5 days per week
Employee or contractor arrangements
Work from ourBirtinya and/or Sippy Downsclinic
Flexibility around days and hours
A varied private-practice caseload
Opportunity to work with the client groups and presentations that best align with your skills and interests




We particularly welcome psychologists who enjoy working withchildren, adolescents and/or adults, and experience or confidence working therapeutically withtrauma presentationswould be highly valued.
If you enjoy working across the lifespan, even better – but we're also very happy to hear from psychologists who have particular areas of interest or preferred client groups.

About You
You'll need:
General registration as a psychologist withAHPRA
Eligibility for aMedicare provider number
A warm, professional and client-centred approach
Strong clinical and communication skills
A desire to be part of a collaborative team
Experience in private practice is welcome, but finding theright person for our teammatters more to us than ticking every possible box.
