Commercial Appointment Setter | Warm Leads

Are you someone who enjoys connecting with people, uncovering opportunities, and building relationships?
In this role, you'll be speaking with businesses, having genuine conversations to understand their current arrangements, upcoming needs, and potential opportunities.
Using a pipeline of warm leads and industry-leading software, you'll qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the Business Development Manager.
Importantly, there is no selling, closing, or negotiating involved.
Your focus will be on gathering information, building rapport, and identifying businesses that are worth a further conversation.
Responsibilities include:
Engaging with warm B2B leads and existing prospects
Building relationships with business decision makers
Asking consultative questions to understand business needs
Qualifying opportunities and capturing key information
Scheduling appointments and meetings for the BDM
Maintaining accurate records in the CRM
Following up with prospects and nurturing future opportunities
Supporting the wider commercial team with market insights

You may come from appointment setting, real estate, commercial property, customer service, account coordination, leasing, business development support, or another relationship-focused role.
We're looking for someone who is:
Confident speaking with business stakeholders
Naturally curious and able to ask great questions
Professional, engaging, and personable
Organised and proactive in managing follow-up activity
Comfortable working with CRM systems and technology
Motivated by creating opportunities and building relationships
Able to work towards KPI's
Experience within commercial real estate, property management, commercial services, facilities management, or another B2B environment will be highly regarded.

This is a temporary opportunity with the view to go permanent and offers flexibility for either full-time or part-time hours.
Hourly rate + super + bonuses + weekly pay
