Job Description
The Reject Shop in Victoria, Australia is offering a hands-on store-management role where you'll lead a floor team of ***** staff and drive daily operations from stock to service and standards.
You'll work on the shop floor, not in an office, with a transparent path to growth as the business expands.
You'll benefit from an above-market hourly base, with penalty rates, overtime, and a bonus structure, plus 17.5% leave loading.
