Design & Build Recruitment – Melbourne CBD is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support a boutique builder with commercial and residential projects up to $10m.
You will manage subcontractor packages, progress claims, subcontracts, and project expenditure while administering RFIs and the HSE system on-site in Melbourne CBD.
The role requires a minimum of 4 years' experience with head contractors in Australia, with knowledge of VIC market and solid contract-law understanding.
