The GPT Group in Sydney is seeking a Lease Administration Manager to oversee the lease administration process from offer to registration, supporting the Leasing department with current and renewed leases, as well as assignments and other contracts related to our retail portfolio.
You will guide external solicitors, manage risk in leases, coordinate execution and registration, respond to negotiation requests, and maintain status reporting while building strong relationships with tenants, retailers
