Oak Tree Retirement Villages in Armidale NSW seeks a Sales Manager (New Development) to drive the sell-down of current villa releases at Martin Street and Taylor Street villages.
You will lead the sales function from enquiry through settlement, engaging prospects and maintaining momentum.
Reporting to the COO, you will meet targets, manage CRM, build referral networks, and represent the villages at community events.
