Village Cinemas in Melbourne is seeking a Duty Manager to lead daily operations, oversee front-of-house activities, and ensure a seamless guest experience across peak periods.
You will coach team members on Service Steps, manage rosters, handle escalations, and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation in line with OHS and food safety requirements.
