As Financial Controller, you will take ownership of financial reporting, controls, compliance and finance operations while playing a key role in supporting the ongoing development of the finance function.

THE ROLE
Ownership of the P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
Leading month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting processes
Driving financial control, governance and compliance initiatives
Strengthening internal controls and supporting SOX requirements
Managing audit, statutory reporting and tax compliance obligations
Overseeing treasury, working capital and finance operations
Partnering with stakeholders across the business to support decision-making
Driving process improvement and operational efficiencies
Owning and enhancing inventory accounting,

ABOUT YOU
CA or CPA qualification
Previous Financial Controller, Senior Finance Manager or equivalent experience
Strong technical accounting and financial reporting expertise
Demonstrated ownership of full financial statements
Strong governance, controls, audit and compliance experience
Exposure to SOX-controlled environments highly regarded
Inventory accounting experience within a complex operating environment
Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders
A proactive, hands-on approach with a continuous improvement mindset
