Key Responsibilities
As Branch Manager, you will:
Proactively manage and grow existing customer accounts, while identifying new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
Support the Branch Manager in day-to-day operations and team leadership
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations




Address customer inquiries and efficiently handle telephone sales transactions
Contribute to a high-performance sales culture through your leadership and initiative
What We're Looking For
As Branch Manager, you will:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4
Manage daily branch operations, workflow, and customer service
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS requirements, and industry regulations
Oversee stock control, logistics coordination, and branch presentation
Support front-counter and phone-based customer enquiries
Drive branch performance through leadership, initiative, and accountability
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:
Leadership experience in an operational, warehouse, logistics, or service environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, self-motivated, and steady leadership style
Strong organisational and time-management skills
A passion for customer service and relationship management
Confidence in decision-making and problem-solving
Proficiency in business systems and tools
Australian citizenship or permanent residency
