Sirv is seeking a caring Experienced NDIS Support Worker to join a 24/7 SIL home in Wynnum, QLD, supporting a 68-year-old man living with Huntington's Disease.
8-hour shifts with sleepovers available, penalties for evenings, weekends and holidays apply.
You will provide personal care, meals, medication prompts, mobility support, documentation, and community access.
Applicants must have NDIS/disability sector experience, valid checks, Blue Card, First Aid/CPR, driver's licence, and right to work
