Job Description
KeyResponsibilities
Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle HCMCloud applications.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents,defects, and service requests within SLA timelines.
Perform impact assessment, configuration changes,testing, and deployment of approved enhancements.
Support Oracle quarterly releaseanalysis,regressiontesting, and production deployment activities.




Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issuesand recommend permanent solutions.
Collaborate with business users, HR stakeholders,and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Prepare operational reports, service metrics, andgovernance updates.
Identify opportunities for automation,processimprovements,and service optimization.
Participate in knowledge management activitiesand maintain support documentation.
RequiredSkills
Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud ApplicationSupport and Maintenance.
Good understanding of Incident, Problem, Change,and Service Request Management processes.
Experience working in AMS/ManagedServicesenvironmentswith SLA-driven support.
Robust troubleshooting, analytical, andstakeholder management skills.
Experience in testing, release management, andquarterly patch validation.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
