Are you an experienced sales/ events or hospitality person who loves wine?
We're looking for reliable, customer and sales focused individuals to join our cellar door sales team this summer.
Quealy Winemakers are located in Balnarring on the Mornington Peninsula.
Quealy has as an esoteric range of wine including skin contact Italian varietals and single site Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Noir.
We are a certified organic vineyard, and viticulture is half of our story.
Our cellar door is open every day from 10am -5pm and we host weekend summer events under the winery roof.
This role is varied and everyday will be different but always sales focused.
What you will be doing
Setting up cellar door/events space for the day
Greeting cellar door and event guests
Holding wine tastings for private and business tour groups
Sharing educational knowledge of Quealy wines and viticulture practices




Driving sales in the cellar door to reach weekly team sales targets.
Introducing customers to the wine club and its advantages
Sell and promote cellar door offers and space to corporate and private businesses.
Working weekend events especially through the busy summer holiday period including; cellar door sales, and looking after our customers on arrival to the event.
What we are looking for
Experienced retailer/ hospitality person with a love of wine
Event management experience – preferred but not essential
You must be able to work weekends over the summer period November through to February.
Confidence with POS systems or eager to learn.
Must be able to communicate online and use multiple online platforms.
Must be reliable and self-motivated.
A team player who loves to be part of a dynamic team
