Ascent Carpentry is a structural timber framing specialist working on luxury residential construction across Sydney's Inner West, Eastern Suburbs and North Shore.
We frame custom homes and multi-unit developments to a high standard — exact, engineered, and finished properly — and we're looking for a reliable 2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice Carpenter to grow with the team.
If you want to come out of your apprenticeship as a genuinely skilled framer — not just someone who scraped through — this is the kind of team that will get you there.
The Role
Full-time, long-term ongoing position
Structural and general carpentry — floor, wall and roof framing to engineer's plans and AS ****
Work on quality residential builds and unit developments across Sydney
Monday to Friday, with Saturdays available for those who want the hours
Immediate start available for the right person
Currently a 2nd or 3rd Year Carpentry Apprentice
White Card
Driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
Own basic hand tools




Physically fit and able to work full days on site
Punctual and reliable — if you say you'll be there, you're there
