Respect is seeking compassionate Part time Personal Care Assistants to join a rural aged care home.
You will deliver person-centred care, support daily living activities and collaborate with nurses to ensure resident wellbeing.
Ideal candidates hold Certificate III/IV in Ageing Support, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
Training, development and supportive leaders are provided in a not-for-profit setting with salary packaging benefits.
