Embracia Victoria is creating its first aged care home in Kyneton and seeks a Founding Home Manager to lead operations from day one.
You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, shape the culture, drive occupancy, and work closely with executives through commissioning and opening phases.
The role offers a unique opportunity to build a recent home from the ground up in a community-focused, values-led organisation with flexible arrangements during commissioning.
