Pharmacist – Part-Time / Casual

We are looking for apassionate and patient-focused Pharmacistto join our team on apart-time or casual basis, supporting our patients and contributing to our growing range of clinical and community health services.
A commitment to working at least 2 Saturdays per month is required.

The Opportunity
As aService Pharmacist, you will play an important role in supporting our patients and delivering high-quality pharmacy services.
This is an opportunity for a Pharmacist who enjoyspatient interaction, clinical services and working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Your role may include:
Providing high-quality, patient-centred pharmacy care
Supporting clinical pharmacy services and patient consultations
Working collaboratively with our Nurse Practitioners, pharmacists and wider healthcare team
Supporting medication management and pharmacy services
Building strong and trusted relationships with our patients
Supporting productive day-to-day pharmacy operations
Contributing to a positive and professional workplace culture
Maintaining QCPP and regulatory compliance
Supporting the continued development of our clinical services
About You
We are looking for someone who is:




Currently registered withAHPRA as a Pharmacist
Patient-focused and committed to providing excellent healthcare
Confident communicating with patients and other healthcare professionals
Clinically minded with strong attention to detail
Reliable, professional and able to work effectively within a team
Interested in developing their clinical skills and knowledge
Comfortable working in a progressive pharmacy environment
Available to workat least 2 Saturdays per month
Eligible to work in Australia –no sponsorship available
Previous experience in clinical pharmacy services is desirable, but we are also interested in Pharmacists who are motivated to expand their skills and experience.
