**About you**As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated andskilled**Service/RepairTechnician** to join our growing team based in **Mascot, NSW**As a **Service/Repair Technician**with **Electra Lifts,** you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our customers' assets.
You'll be supported by a well‐structured Service team, access to quality training, and a positive working environment that values professionalism, collaboration, and continuousimprovement.

* Attend lift breakdowns promptly and carry out necessary repairs.
* Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to uphold our strong customer service culture.
* Complete service reports, Job Hazard Forms, and track service activities accurately.
* Identify and recommend upgrade opportunities that may attract incentive payments for technicians.
**What You Will Need To Be Successful*** Hold a current Australian driver's license.
* Have an Electrical trade license or relevant trade certification* Previous experience within the Lift industry is required.
* Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to safe work practices.
* Motivation to contribute to a supportive teamenvironment.
