Job Description
Partale Talent is recruiting for a hands-on Country Manager to lead two premium furniture brands in Australia, based in Melbourne with full P&L; responsibility.
You will mentor a multi‐disciplinary team and partner with SVP Commercial Asia Pacific to execute a growth strategy across paths to market and customer segments.
You will own the Australian go‐to‐market plans, optimize profitability and build long‐term brand equity while navigating a matrix structure across brand, regional and group
