True Care Resources is seeking Youth Workers to provide safe, consistent and trauma-informed care in a 24/7 residential workplace in Mount Isa.
You will build respectful relationships, maintain professional boundaries and support children and young people with routines, education and community participation.
The role requires experience with young people, strong boundaries, and excellent communication and documentation skills.
